Samsung, GRUBBRR and Partners Showcase the Digital Transformation of Dining Experiences at NRA 2023
Samsung Electronics America, Inc., an industry leader in the global display market, will showcase its display technologies at exhibitor booths on-site at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show 2023, in Chicago, Ill. (May 20-23), giving professionals in the food & beverage industry a look into how these solutions can revitalize dining experiences while simultaneously alleviating common industry challenges.
As the convenience of contactless technology becomes paramount to meet evolving consumer demands, Samsung Kiosks provide restaurants greater flexibility and customers more convenient dining experiences. In addition to featuring the Samsung Kiosk Tizen, which enables restaurants to optimize their customer journeys, the latest Samsung Kiosk Windows 10 IoT Enterprise edition, an interactive self-service display with expanded compatibility to help businesses and retailers maximize sales potential, will also be showcased by exhibitors at the show.
Winner of an Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2023 Best of Show award from AV Technology, the recently unveiled Windows Kiosk comes equipped with various CPU options—including a choice of Intel Celeron 6305E, Core i3 or Core i5 processors—as well as fast 8GB DRAM memory and a 256GB SSD for greater storage capacity.
"The National Restaurant Association's State of the Industry report projects the food service industry to reach nearly a trillion dollars in sales in 2023. Despite this growth, restaurants are struggling to consistently deliver quick and seamless service that their customers demand," said Chris Mertens, Vice President of U.S. Sales, Displays, Samsung. "It is more important than ever that restaurants have technology that can help exceed these growing expectations by engaging consumers at every point of contact."
Restaurants have already begun to embrace Samsung display solutions to not only streamline productivity but to create a satisfying experience at every point of contact for customers. At NRA, attendees will have the opportunity to see first hand how notable brands are actively using Samsung Kiosks through partnerships to meet consumer demand.
